1. Cancellation by the User

Please review thoroughly our refund policy in case you request a cancellation. Should that be the case, make sure to process it immediately to avoid any additional fees.

  • Cancellations requested over 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations processed between 14-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations requested less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed within the next 7 to 10 business days, upon each cancellation time frame request. Feel free to contact our online support team any time for more questions and concerns about our refund policy.

2. Casino-Initiated Cancellations

In case the casino cancels your booking due to uncertain circumstances, you will be notified right away, and we will help you in finding an alternative event that meets your needs. In that scenario, any payments made will be fully refunded or transferred to the new event of your choice.

3. Refund Process

Reimbursements are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of your reservation. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund to reflect back in your account. Feel free to contact our customer online support staff for your assistance, if you do not get it within this time frame.

4. Non-Refundable Reservations

Certain casino events may be non-refundable. If you book a non-refundable event, the terms will be clearly stated during the booking process, and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation requests.
